Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and/or regions as needed.

Requirements

• Preferred Education: Graduate of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program for Surgical Technologist.
• Preferred Certification: CST (Certified Surgical Technologist).
• Minimum of 18 months experience is required for CST certification.
• If a Surgical Technologist program has not been completed (e.g., trained on the job or in the military), five years of work experience is required.
• Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility.
• Ability to complete orientation and training.

Pay

Pay Range: $50.00 - $53.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may vary based on location.

Gross Weekly Rate: $2,120.00 for 5x8-hour night shifts over a 13-week assignment.
