About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Surgical Technician for a 13-week assignment starting on July 27, 2026, in Baltimore, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons during surgical procedures
- Prepare operating rooms for surgeries
- Manage surgical instruments and equipment
- Monitor patient vital signs
- Provide post-operative care
Requirements
- Current certification as a Surgical Technician
- Experience in a hospital or surgical setting
- Knowledge of sterile technique and infection control
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a Surgical Technician program
- Passing scores on relevant certifications
Skills
- Proficient in using surgical instruments and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay
