Responsibilities

• Work in a med/surg unit, specifically a stepdown/PCU unit within a 4W Surgical Transplant floor.
• Provide care for post-surgical kidney, liver, and pancreas transplant patients, as well as pre-transplant patients.
• Monitor patients for infection, rejection, and timely medication delivery.
• Work shifts of 12 hours, nights.

Requirements

• Stepdown/PCU experience.
• Transplant experience preferred.
• Preceptor and charge experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have acute care surgical floor experience.
• ENT and/or Transplant Experience Preferred.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills.
• Ability to monitor and manage patient care effectively.
• Experience with post-surgical transplant care.
