Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel Surgical First Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting on August 24, 2026, in Petoskey, Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons during surgical procedures
- Prepare operating rooms for surgery
- Manage surgical instruments and equipment
- Provide patient care under the supervision of a surgeon
Requirements
- Current certification as a Surgical First Assistant
- Experience in a surgical setting
- Knowledge of sterile technique and infection control
- Ability to work flexible shifts (12 hours, days)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- Current certification as a Surgical First Assistant
- Valid driver’s license
