Travel Support Specialist-US Only

This role requires flexibility across time zones to meet business needs. You will be scheduled to work during one of the following shifts: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EDT or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM PDT on a rotational basis, with advanced notice.
About the Role
We are building a world-class Support team committed to helping customers realize the full potential of Rippling. As a member of our Travel support team, you will directly support users’ travel needs, solve issues, communicate effectively, and collaborate with internal teams to remove barriers for travelers. This role impacts day-to-day operations, traveler experience, and product development. Team members focus on resolving customer challenges and contributing to product enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Support Rippling customers and resolve issues related to our Travel Products.
- Take charge of customer issues from start to finish in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Leverage phone, chat, email, and video conferencing to help customers optimize Rippling’s Travel Product.
- De-escalate and resolve issues using platform and industry expertise.
- Document product functionality, country-specific nuances, and train Global Support Team members.
- Become a product expert and a go-to resource for customers and coworkers.
- Identify areas of improvement and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance automation or features.
- Work under time constraints, meet schedules, and handle unexpected deadlines to ensure client needs are met.
Requirements
Required:
- Proficient in English; strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 3+ years of work experience in a travel-related customer/client-facing role.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Organizational skills and experience improving processes.
- Flexibility with changing job duties and responsibilities.
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize.
Nice to Have:
- 3+ years of experience in a TMC/BT Consultant Role covering air, rail, and hotel products.
- 2+ years of GDS experience (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) to an intermediate level.
- IATA accreditation (WWAFT/WAII/BA2).

Pay
The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with one of the following ranges based on location. Compensation considers professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the listed ranges.
Base Pay: $22.19–$23.49/hr
