The Travel Support Center (TSC) Specialist position within our Corpay Lodging division requires excellent communication skills, 1+ years of experience in hospitality or retail, and detail-oriented abilities. Reporting to the TSC Manager, you will manage hotel reservations, communicate with clients, and ensure accurate data entry.
Responsibilities
- Handle 80-100 inbound calls daily to meet booking goals
- Book hotel reservations with hotel representatives
- Enter reservation confirmation information into the system
- Resolve client issues and communicate effectively with all departments
- Ensure prompt and efficient service to maintain a positive reputation
- Manage call times to maximize availability
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong teamwork and initiative
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with the internet and problem-solving in fast-paced environments
