Travel Stepdown Registered Nurse - $2,084 per week

About the role

Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a 13-week assignment in Rochester, New York. The position requires 36 hours per week and operates on a 12-hour shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provision of competent care based on established standards
• Expanded role including charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities
• Experience in Q1 neuro checks, EVDs, lumbar drains, sub-dural drains, 3%NS and cardene drips, arterial lines, carotid endarterectomy, aneurysm coil/clips, DBS Insertion (Deep Brain Stimulator), VP shunts, seizures
• BLS, high acuity stroke and neurosurgery experience required
• Telemetry experience required
• RN License (NY License ONLY)
• Two (2) Years Experience

Requirements

• MUST HAVE STEPDOWN EXPERIENCE
• MUST HAVE STEPDOWN EXPERIENCE/PCU EXPERIENCE
• BLS
• High acuity stroke and neurosurgery experience required
• Telemetry Experience Required
