Travel Step Down Unit RN - $2,215 per week

Job Summary

A Step Down Unit Nurse is needed to support a 21-bed unit. This role involves providing specialized care for adult patients, including cardiac and respiratory concerns, with a focus on patient stability in a step-down setting. The position requires flexibility and prior travel experience.

Schedule

• 12-hour day shifts, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Minimum of 36 hours per week
• 13-week duration (start date: 10/19/2026, expected end: 01/16/2027)
• No block schedule offered; must be adaptable to meet staffing needs

Required Qualifications

• State licensure as a TN (Tennessee) or compact state license
• At least 2 years of prior clinical experience including travel (required before submission)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale)
