Licensure and Certifications

• Required Licensure: Current RN license eligible for Missouri (or already licensed in Missouri)
• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA only); TNCC, NIHSS may be submitted without but must be obtained prior to start
• Preferred Certifications: (none listed)

Experience Requirements

• Minimum Experience: 1 year in Tele, Stepdown, or ED (Level 3, Level 4, or critical access)
• Float Requirements: None

Unit Information

• Number of Beds: 68
• Patient Ratios: 4:1 routinely (may change during surge)
• EMR: EPIC
• Type of Patients: Level‑one trauma, stroke, STEMI, regional burn center
• Typical Volume: 200+ patients per day, high acuity

Hiring Profile

• Must‑Have Skills/Experience: 1 year Tele, Stepdown, or ED (Level 3, Level 4, or critical access) indicated on resume; experience in a busy urban trauma center
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Trauma/pediatrics, high‑acuity experience
• Personality Fit: Determined, decisive, flexible

• Flexible Guaranteed Hours – 36 or 48 (must be listed on submission form)
• Block schedule cannot be accommodated
• RTO (Recovery Time Off) must be made up on the back end; not approved in the first week of assignment
• Holiday RTO – can request only one per assignment
