Travel Step Down RN - $2,323 per week

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse for a Stepdown unit position in Cleveland, Ohio.

About the Role

This is a travel nursing contract in a hospital setting, offering an opportunity to support today’s healthcare workforce needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care on the step-down unit in a hospital setting.
• Monitor patient vital signs and manage complex cases.
• Recognize and respond to abnormal cardiac rhythms.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care.
• Complete necessary assessments and documentation during shift.
• Work at least every other holiday.

Requirements

• 18 months of combined permanent experience in the specialty.
• 18 months of recent Stepdown experience (travel experience accepted).
• Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand.
• AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation.

Pay

Pay range: $2,458.16 – $2,581.07 per week, based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation). Includes tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts: 19:00 – 07:30 (Day/Night, rotating).
• Contract length: 20 weeks.
