About the Role
Travel Step down Registered Nurse position available in New Haven, CT.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients requiring step-down nursing services.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes.
- Assist with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license in good standing.
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
- BLS certification required.
- NIC certification preferred.
