About the Role

Travel Step down Registered Nurse position available in New Haven, CT.

Responsibilities

  • Provide care to patients requiring step-down nursing services.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes.
  • Assist with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
  • Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse license in good standing.
  • At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
  • BLS certification required.
  • NIC certification preferred.
