About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Home Health Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Bardstown, Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to patients in their homes
- Assess and treat patients with various speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Kentucky SLP License required before submission (cannot be pending)
- Minimum 1-year clinical experience in home health setting
Qualifications
- BLS (AHA) certification
- CCC-SLP certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
Skills

Pay
The pay package is based on an 8-hour shift and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
