Travel Speech Language Pathologist - Home Health - $2,046 per week

About the role

American Traveler is seeking a travel Home Health Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in the Bardstown, Kentucky area.

Responsibilities

• Treats patients with CVA/Aphasia and related diagnoses
• Covers 11 counties across two offices (Elizabethtown and Bardstown)
• Travel from corner to corner of the territory can exceed 2.5 hours
• Documents using Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR
• Works a day shift schedule, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
• No weekend or holiday requirements

Requirements

• Active KY Speech-Language Pathology license
• Active ASHA Certified Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) certification
• Active BLS (AHA) certification
• Minimum 1 year of clinical SLP experience
• Home health experience required
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years
