Travel Speech-Language Pathologist - Home Health - $2,321 per week

About the role

The Home Health Speech Language Pathologist will provide therapy services to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and caregivers

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Ohio
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited program
• Experience in home health settings preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
