About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Gloucester, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a Home Health setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with speech and language disorders
- Conduct therapy sessions and monitor progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Virginia
- Experience in Home Health setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Passing score on the Praxis II exam
- Current CPR certification

- Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in computer software for documentation and scheduling
