Travel Speech Language Pathologist - $2,886 per week

About the role

Triage Staffing is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 31, 2026, in Fort Defiance, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services in an outpatient and/or acute care setting.
• Work 5 days a week, 8 hours each day, with a float satellite clinic 1x/week and a medical center all other days.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training.
• Flexible schedule available to accommodate travel.

Requirements

• At least one year of clinical experience in speech language pathology.
• A current active Physical Therapy (PT) license in another state, due to the Indian Reservation status.
• Ability to obtain an Arizona license if desired, with reimbursement provided by Triage.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Proficiency in computer software relevant to the field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
