About the role
We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide coverage in our pediatric outpatient therapy clinic in Fargo, ND. This is a full-time opportunity, Monday through Friday, with holidays off. The position is open-ended and intended to fill a current vacancy, with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Shift options are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 8:30 AM–5:30 PM.

Our clinic serves a diverse pediatric population, including children with speech and language delays, autism spectrum disorder, feeding challenges, AAC needs, developmental disabilities, and other complex communication needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver family-centered care.
- Address a wide variety of diagnoses and ages, including speech/language delays, autism spectrum disorder, feeding challenges, AAC needs, and developmental disabilities.
