Travel Speech Language Pathologist - $2,600 per week

Travel Speech Language Pathologist position in Potosi, MO. Start date ASAP for a 13-week assignment, 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the rehabilitation team (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA).
• Oversee and ensure compliance with PDPM processes.
• Develop and enhance rehabilitation programs for high-acuity patients.
• Foster collaboration among interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor and analyze clinical and financial performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Act as assessing therapist with a lighter caseload, including Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) responsibilities such as attending morning and facility meetings and managing the schedule.

Requirements

• 1 year of Speech Language Pathologist experience (required).
• Experience in a leadership role within a SNF/LTC rehab setting (required).
• Knowledge of PDPM (required).
• Active Missouri state license (required).
• BLS certification (required by day 1).
• New graduates are not accepted for this position.
