- Other Duties Disclaimer (boilerplate, maybe we can drop as it's generic legal; but it's not cookie/navigation/legal/EEO? It's a disclaimer; maybe we can drop as it's generic. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This disclaimer is legal boilerplate; we should drop it.
- Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. This mentions pay but not specific amount; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "Highly competitive pay for travel professionals" in benefits, but no specific number. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. For Benefits we have explicit list, so we can include Benefits. For Pay, we have only "Highly competitive pay" but not a specific number or range; that's vague. The instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). "Highly competitive pay" is vague but maybe considered filler? It's not a specific number. Safer to not create Pay section. Similarly Schedule: we have shift details (8 hours, days) and 40 hours per week; that is specific. So we can create Schedule section with those details.
- About Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy: there is a paragraph about mission etc. That could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have About the role (maybe summarizing the role). We have a Summary section describing responsibilities; we could treat that as About the role. Or we could have Responsibilities section (essential work functions). We need to decide which sections to include.
We must preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the summary description, essential work functions, required qualifications, preferred qualifications, essential skills, benefits, schedule, maybe start date and duration, location, etc. Where to put them? Could be in About the role (summary), Responsibilities (essential work functions), Requirements (required qualifications), Qualifications (preferred qualifications), Skills (essential skills), Benefits (benefits list), Schedule (shift/hours). Also we could include Start Date and Duration maybe in About the role or a separate section like Assignment Details but not in list of allowed headings. The allowed headings list is just examples; we could also add other headings if needed? The instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It seems we should stick to those headings; but we can also include other headings if needed? It says "use for section headings (e.g. ...)" meaning those are examples; we could also use other headings if appropriate, but better to stick to those. We need to fit all info into those categories.
We have location, start date, duration, employment type. Could be placed in About the role paragraph.

We should not include Pay section because no specific pay. Also we should not include About Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy paragraph (the "Why Choose Fusion?" and later "About Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy" sections) as they are somewhat promotional but could be considered part of About the role? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Why Choose Fusion?" and "About Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy" are promotional but not boilerplate; they contain substantive info about benefits like day one insurance, $0 copay for mental health services, scholarships and awards, exclusive discounts, etc. That is substantive and not captured elsewhere. Should we include them? We could incorporate into Benefits or About the role. The Benefits section already lists many benefits but not those specifics (day one insurance, $0 copay mental health, scholarships, exclusive discounts). We could add those to Benefits list. However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We could add those to Benefits. Let's extract from "Why Choose Fusion?" paragraph: "day one insurance, $0 copay for mental health services, scholarships and awards, exclusive discounts, and more." Also earlier: "Your passion for helping others deserves a partner just as committed to supporting you — that’s why we offer day one insurance, $0 copay for mental health services, scholarships and awards, exclusive discounts, and more." Also later: "From your personal recruiter to our clinical and traveler experience teams, we’re here to guide and celebrate you along your journey." That's more fluff. We can add to Benefits list: day one insurance, $0 copay for mental health services, scholarships and awards, exclusive discounts. But note we already have "Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with first day coverage" which is day one insurance. So day one insurance is already covered. $0 copay mental health, scholarships and awards, exclusive discounts are extra. Thus we can add those to Benefits. Also "Paid Time Off (PTO) after 1560 hours" we have. "Life and Short-term disability offered
