About the role

TK Travel and Events is hiring for the Travel Specialist position. This is a 100% remote role open to candidates in the United States. The role focuses on accurate travel coordination, reservation support, itinerary details, and dependable customer communication.

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel requests, reservations, itinerary details, and customer follow-up using approved systems.
• Maintain accurate booking records, traveler preferences, vendor details, and schedule changes.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams regarding confirmations, changes, and next steps.
• Research options and organize information so customers can make informed travel decisions.
• Resolve routine booking or service issues promptly while documenting actions and outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
• Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, and web-based systems.
• Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
• Ability to learn role-specific systems and communicate questions or exceptions promptly.

Skills

Strong candidates for the Travel Specialist position will be comfortable using skills such as Reservation Systems, Travel Planning, Itinerary Planning, Customer Service, Booking Management, Travel Operations. Pay & Schedule

• Work arrangement: 100% remote within the United States.

• Base compensation: $42,000–$62,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
