Responsibilities
- Review and coordinate travel-focused tasks with suppliers, ensuring visible tracking of source, owner, status, and next actions within cultural, heritage, pilgrimage, and group-tour workflows.
- Document role-specific processes and status tracking for travel planning, maintaining clarity and accountability in all workflows.
- Maintain reservation systems with strict deadline management, ensuring all travel arrangements are up-to-date and traceable.
- Reconcile documentation with reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance in travel planning and service delivery.
- Coordinate quality control and workflow management, surfacing unresolved items and preventing downstream rework.
- Apply data accuracy standards while managing evidence and deadlines in a fast-paced travel planning environment.
- Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning, ensuring decisions align with operational workflows.
- Exercise judgment in follow-up actions, particularly when tasks depend on external confirmations rather than assumptions.

- Confidently use Travel Experts UK workflows and travel planning tools to support cultural, heritage, pilgrimage, and group-tour workflows.
- Ensure completed work is traceable, unresolved items have clear ownership, and repeated errors are addressed proactively.
- Combine reporting, workflow context, and status tracking to confirm work is secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.

Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$65,000 per year.
