Travel Specialist

Talento PriceTravel Holding is hiring a Travel Specialist to support recruiting, people operations, and customer/business support for a travel distribution and e-commerce organization. This full-time, 100% remote role is open to candidates throughout the United States.

About the Role

As a Travel Specialist, you will research and recommend travel options that match customer needs, preferences, and budget. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless travel planning and booking.

Responsibilities

• Discuss destination, date, budget, traveler, accommodation, transportation, and activity preferences with customers.
• Research suitable flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, tours, or destination options using approved supplier resources.
• Compare availability, pricing, inclusions, restrictions, and cancellation terms before presenting options.
• Prepare clear travel recommendations and answer routine questions about proposed itineraries.
• Coordinate selected options with booking or reservations teams and document customer decisions accurately.
• Stay current on supplier information, destination requirements, and service changes relevant to assigned travel products.

Requirements

• Strong customer-service, research, organization, and written-communication skills.
• Comfort using travel booking, supplier, CRM, spreadsheet, and itinerary tools.
• Ability to compare multiple travel options accurately and explain trade-offs clearly.
• Good attention to dates, traveler names, restrictions, pricing, and cancellation terms.
• Reliable follow-through on customer questions and booking handoffs.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$50,000 - $58,500 per year
