LJ Horizon Travels is hiring a Travel Specialist for a 100% remote position open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with trip planning, reservations, confirmations, and itinerary details.
• Review booking information for accuracy and communicate schedule or reservation changes.
• Maintain organized traveler, reservation, and service records.
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and travel suppliers to resolve routine issues.
• Provide clear and professional support through approved remote communication channels.
