Travel Specialist

This role operates within a Manila-based full-service travel agency, handling domestic and international destinations, various trip types, activities, optional tours, and visa assistance. The Travel Specialist ensures travel planning and service delivery are executed with precision, maintaining clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions.

Responsibilities

• Document travel-focused tasks with supplier coordination, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action.
• Maintain Gladex Travel and Tours Corp role documentation with status tracking, adhering to a travel-focused, specialized-execution work profile.
• Reconcile reservation systems while managing deadlines to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate documentation with reporting to maintain traceability and accountability.
• Review quality control and workflow management to surface repeated errors before they result in downstream rework.

Requirements

• Confidently use Gladex Travel and Tours Corp Workflow Context and Travel Planning tools in a full-service travel agency environment.
• Apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines in a fast-paced workflow.
• Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to maintain clarity and traceability.
• Exercise judgment in follow-ups, especially when tasks depend on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
• Ensure role-specific handoffs are complete, with up-to-date documentation, quality control, and record management.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$65,000 per year.

Full-time, associate-level position. 100% remote within the United States.
