The role focuses on travel-specialized execution within Europe travel support, ensuring clear ownership, evidence, and next actions.
Success Measures

Responsibilities
- Maintain the Travel Specialist workflow by helping the team compare meaningful tradeoffs without presenting pending details as final.
- Track the workflow by coordinating supplier or booking follow-up.
- Own the workflow by documenting the reasoning behind important trip choices.
- Coordinate the workflow by clarifying traveler priorities before recommending options.
- Review the workflow by researching destinations and products against stated needs.
- Use reservation systems and travel documentation confidently.
- Apply trip research while tracking exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
- Document decisions clearly so another teammate can follow the reasoning.
- Use sound judgment around all-inclusive booking support, escalating when necessary instead of making assumptions.
- Ensure remote execution leaves traveler-fit planning accurate, secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.
Requirements
- Proficiency in travel-specialized execution within Europe travel support.
- Ability to work full-time (associate level) in a 100% remote role within the United States.
