- Coordinate the Travel Specialist workflow by helping the team compare meaningful tradeoffs without presenting pending details as final.
- Review and manage supplier or booking follow-up within the Travel Specialist workflow.
- Maintain documentation of the reasoning behind important trip choices.
- Track and clarify traveler priorities before recommending options.
- Research destinations and products to align with stated traveler needs.
Role Fit
- Use Traveler Consultation and Travel Specialized Execution confidently in family travel operations.
- Apply Deadline Management while tracking exceptions, owners, and deadlines.
- Document Client Relationship Management decisions clearly for team reference.
- Exercise sound judgment in Travel Planning, escalating when necessary instead of making assumptions.

Position Details
Full-time, associate-level role. 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
