Travel Social Work - Master of Social Work - $2,450 per week

Travel position in Mission Viejo, California.

About the role

Masters of Social Worker (MSW) specializing in Inpatient Case Management and Discharge Planning at Providence Mission Hospital. This is a 13-week travel assignment with the possibility of floating to the Laguna facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient case management and discharge planning services.
• Work a schedule of 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM).
• Work every other weekend.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social work.
• Recent acute inpatient hospital experience (within the last 3 months).
• Minimum 1 full year of acute care hospital experience.
• Travel experience required (no first-time travelers).
• Epic experience required.
• BLS Certification.
• Experience in Inpatient Case Management and Discharge Planning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Trauma Level I/II experience.
