- Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Hours: 40 Hours/Week
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Floating: May float to Laguna facility
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Recent acute inpatient hospital experience (within the last 3 months)
- Minimum 1 full year of acute care hospital experience
- Travel experience required (No First-Time Travelers)
- Epic experience required (Hard Stop)
- BLS Certification
- Experience in Inpatient Case Management & Discharge Planning
- LCSW Preferred
- Trauma Level I/II experience Preferred
