Travel Social Work - LMSW - Licensed Master Social Worker - $2,424 per week

Travel position in Portland, Oregon for a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). Assignment starts 09/21/2026, lasts 13 weeks, and is full-time (40 hours per week) on an 8-hour day shift.

About the role

• Home-health setting in East Portland and surrounding areas
• Monday–Friday schedule; no call, no weekends, no floating
• Up to 6 visits per day; mileage reimbursed
• Own transportation required

Requirements

• Active Oregon LMSW license (pending license accepted if active by start date)
• Minimum 1 year of skilled home-health experience
• OASIS documentation experience (EPIC/OASIS preferred)
• Current BLS/BCLS certification
• COVID-19 primary series plus one booster
• First-time travelers and local candidates (50–75 mile radius) accepted at the same rate
