- Provide skilled home health services
- Utilize OASIS assessment tools
- Maintain BCLS certification
- Travel to various locations as needed
- Comply with all safety protocols including the primary COVID-19 vaccination series plus 1 booster
Requirements
- Current Oregon (OR) and Washington (WA) licenses required (both must be obtained)
- Minimum 1 year of Skilled Home Health experience
- BCLS certification required
- Primary COVID-19 vaccination series + 1 booster required
