About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a Social Work Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a travel job in Walnut Creek, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical social work services in an outpatient clinic setting
- Assist patients and families with accessing community resources
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
- Document patient care in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Floating to other UCSF facilities as needed
- Teach and mentor students in a teaching hospital environment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Active LCSW license required
- Epic experience required
- Pediatric experience required
- Outpatient Clinic experience required
- Case Management experience required
- Must be able to float to other UCSF facilities
- Pediatric experience required
- Teaching Hospital experience required
- Covid-19 vaccine + booster required (medical/religious exemptions only)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work
- Current LCSW license
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
