Responsibilities
- Provide social work services to patients and families in a hospital setting.

Requirements
- 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, days.
- 2+ Years Hospital Social Working Experience.
- Discharge Planning Experience.
- All Patient Populations Experience.
- LSW in the State of Minnesota.
- Epic Experience.
Qualifications
- License in Social Work from the State of Minnesota.
