Travel SNF Physical Therapist - $2,444 per week

About the role

The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting October 12, 2026, in Peabody, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNF settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in SNF settings preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
