Travel Physical Therapist - SNF - $2,445 per week

Physical Therapist (SNF) in Missouri. This position involves evaluating and developing treatment plans to help patients regain mobility and independence within a skilled nursing facility. The role includes leading the delivery of physical therapy services in accordance with regulations and facility policies.

Responsibilities

• Leads, guides, and directs the delivery of physical therapy services in a skilled nursing facility in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations, standards, and established facility policies to provide appropriate care and services to residents.

Requirements

• Valid, unrestricted license in therapy discipline in the state of employment
• Meet educational requirements of licensure
• Valid driver's license in the state of employment
• Knowledge of skilled nursing home regulations, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience (long-term care or rehab experience preferred)

Schedule

• Days shift
• 8 hours per day
• Minimum 40 hours per week
• 13-week assignment (starts 12/28/2026, ends 03/29/2027)

Pay

Pay package based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
