About the role
The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a position in Concord, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with facility policies.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.
- At least one year of recent relevant work experience.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Pass a background check.

- Strong organizational skills.
Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
