Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist - $2,525 per week

About the role

Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting in Rutland, Vermont. The SLP will provide specialized therapy services to residents, focusing on improving speech, language, and swallowing functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform speech, language, and swallowing assessments for SNF residents.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress in accordance with SNF clinical protocols and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.

Requirements

• Required qualifications: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Speech‑Language Pathology; current state license in the United States; no minimum experience required.
• Preferred qualifications: Experience working with elderly populations in Skilled Nursing Facility settings.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week. Assignment runs from 09/14/2026 to 01/09/2027 (17 weeks).
