About the role
Cross Country Allied is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings to provide speech-language pathology services to patients in Montesano, Washington. The role involves delivering quality care, adhering to clinical guidelines, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in a patient-centered environment.
Schedule
- Days shift, 8 hours per day
- Minimum of 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide speech-language pathology services in accordance with facility protocols and regulatory standards
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
- Certification in speech-language pathology
- State licensure
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in speech-language pathology
- 1 year of experience preferred
- Willingness to travel and flexibility with location
