About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week contract in Farmington, New Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all professional standards and guidelines related to speech-language pathology.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes according to established protocols.
Requirements
- Active SLP License
- BLS via American Heart Association
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in speech-language pathology
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Qualifications
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel between facilities.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
