Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist - $2,400 per week

About the role

The successful candidate will provide speech therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills and swallowing function
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure patient care coordination
• Document progress notes and maintain accurate medical records

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited program
• Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Wyoming
• Experience working in a SNF setting preferred

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic health record systems
• Knowledge of common speech and language disorders
• Ability to adapt treatment plans based on patient progress
