About the role
A travel Speech Language Pathologist position is available at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in White Plains, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Assess and treat patients with various speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document progress notes and maintain accurate medical records.
Requirements
- Active Maryland Speech Language Pathologist license.
- AHA/ARC-CPR/ BLS certification required.
- Covid vaccine card required.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current and active registration as a Speech Language Pathologist in Maryland.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred.
