About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week contract in Hagerstown, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Adhere to all professional standards and guidelines related to speech language pathology.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes according to facility protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Active MD Speech Language Pathologist License.
- BLS from AHA certification required.
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current and unrestricted license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Maryland.
- Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred.
- Strong clinical skills in speech-language pathology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
