About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week contract at a SNF in Providence, Rhode Island.
Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements
- Active Rhode Island Speech Language Pathologist license
- AHA/ARC - CPR/ BLS card
- Covid Vaccine card
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Experience working in SNFs preferred
