Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist - $2,020 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Marshfield, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Create and implement treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in Wisconsin
• Experience working in SNFs preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Passing score on the Praxis II exam or equivalent
• Current CPR certification

Pay

• Based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
• Tax-free stipend amount to be determined
