About the role

Medlivo Therapy is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week contract at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Ducktown, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in a SNF setting
• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Active Speech Language Pathologist License

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and unrestricted license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Tennessee

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills

Pay

Weekly Gross: $2,200.00 (Based on 40 hours)

Schedule

8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
