Responsibilities
- Assist patients recovering from injuries or illness under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and maintain activity levels
- Provide therapy in a skilled nursing facility environment
Qualifications And Skills
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active state license to practice as a PTA
- Skilled nursing facility experience
- Net Health experience
- BLS Certification (may be required)

Schedule
Work schedule of 40 hours per week, typically 8‑hour shifts.
