Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant - Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Assist patients recovering from injuries or illness to improve mobility and well-being under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Manage a caseload of up to 7 patients daily, conduct evaluations, and document care using EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active state license
• BLS certification (may be required)
• A minimum of 1 year of experience
