Responsibilities
Assist patients recovering from injuries or illness under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping improve mobility, comfort, and activity levels in a skilled nursing setting. Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility setting. Support patient recovery and functional improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active State License
- BLS Certification (may be required)
