Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,920 per week

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting physical therapists in providing patient care in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient assessments and treatment plans
• Perform therapeutic exercises under supervision
• Help maintain patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure patient care

Requirements

• Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
• Experience in a SNF setting preferred

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passport required for travel

Skills

• Proficient in computer software for patient record keeping
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
