Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract starting July 27, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with physical therapy exercises
- Help patients with mobility and daily living activities
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions
- Work closely with physical therapists to provide comprehensive care
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant License
