Required Qualifications
- Certification as a Physical Therapist

- Current licensure in the state of New Jersey
- At least 23 years of experience in the field

- Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities
- Proficiency with electronic health records
- Familiarity with facility-specific protocols
